Common pricing questions

An active project is any project you're currently tracking in BuildVyne with open RFIs, daily logs being submitted, or punchlist items in progress. Projects in archived status — closed out, in permit phase, or pre-bid — don't count toward your active project total. If a project is under construction, it's active. If the punchlist is signed off and the certificate of occupancy is filed, you can archive it at any time.

No. BuildVyne pricing is per-project, not per-user. You can invite your entire sub roster, the owner, the architect, the lender's inspector — everyone gets access at no additional per-seat cost. User count is unlimited on all paid plans.

Yes. BuildVyne is month-to-month with no annual contract required on the Growth plan. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Your project data and photos are available for export at any time — before and after cancellation.

Growth and Enterprise plans include native integrations with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam Revu. We also offer webhook and API access for custom integrations. BuildVyne functions as the field data input and communication layer — RFIs, daily logs, punchlist — alongside your existing document management platform. It does not replace Procore's submittals, change order management, or drawing storage. It fills the gap between your field crews and your PM system.

Yes. Paying annually on Growth saves you two months — equivalent to ~17% off the monthly rate. Annual pricing is available at checkout. Enterprise clients typically negotiate annual portfolio rates directly with our sales team.

Your complete project record — all RFIs, daily logs, punchlist items, and photos — is available for full export in PDF and CSV format at any time. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. After 90 days, data is deleted per our retention policy.
